AI Operational Intelligence for Critical Infrastructure
Engineering foundations and applied research — and Velorona, the product they power.
About AID Edge Inc.
AID Edge Inc. builds AI operational intelligence for critical infrastructure and telecom networks.
We complement existing NMS, OSS, EMS, observability, and service assurance systems. We do not replace them. Our objective is not to create more alerts. It is to provide better evidence earlier.
Our primary product, Velorona, applies this approach to network degradation detection — see how on the Velorona bridge page below.
Founder
Sara Khosravi
AID Edge Inc. was founded by Sara Khosravi, who leads the company's strategy, technical roadmap, and validation work across edge AI and telecom-grade operational decision support. Before founding AID Edge, Sara worked as a senior data scientist at Rogers Communications, contributing to predictive analytics and outage-prediction initiatives for network performance. She contributes to IEEE P7009.1 on AI safety for high-reliability systems and is a contributor to Harvard's CS249r Machine Learning Systems textbook.
Our Mission
Earlier operational evidence for critical networks
Our mission is to help telecom and critical infrastructure operators detect persistent degradation earlier, investigate with greater confidence, and reduce avoidable operational impact. Our systems are designed around Secure by Design and Standards-Aligned principles.
Sustainability Through Efficiency
By reducing unnecessary data movement and on-site interventions, edge-based processing improves both operational efficiency and energy usage. Built for today's operational reality, with an architecture designed to support tomorrow's network demands.
